All employees of the Pine Grove Area School District are required to have a current (within 5 years) Act 34 of 1985 Clearance (Pennsylvania State Police Background Check); Act 151 of 1994 (Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance; and Act 114 Clearance (FBI Fingerprints Clearance). These checks are all required for employment and must be kept current during your employment. Employment is defined as any paid position within the school district. If you are a volunteer you must have the Child Abuse Clearance and the Pennsylvania State Police Background Check.
