Felicia is the daughter of James and Nicole Blain of Pine Grove.

Her high school activities include President of FBLA, Treasurer of Student Council, NHS, Business NHS, Spanish NHS, SADD, Prom Committee, Accounting Club, and Schuylkill County Youth Summit Participant.

Felicia plans to attend Lebanon Valley College and major in Accounting.
