Dear Students, Families, and Members of Our School Community,
Welcome back! I hope this finds you well and that your summer was filled with rest, joy, and new experiences. As we begin a new school year, I want to take a moment to express how excited we are to have our halls filled with energy, laughter, and learning once again.
At the Pine Grove Area Middle School, we are committed to creating a safe, supportive, and challenging environment where every student can grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Our staff has been working hard over the summer to prepare engaging lessons, organize extracurricular opportunities, and ensure that all students feel welcomed and ready to succeed.
This year, we’re focusing on building strong relationships, encouraging curiosity, and helping students take responsibility for their learning. Whether your child is returning or just joining us for the first time, we want them to feel like they belong and are an important part of our school family.
We also know that education is most powerful when schools and families work together. We encourage parents and guardians to stay involved—whether it’s attending school events, checking in on homework, or just asking how the school day went. Communication is key, and we’re always here to answer questions or offer support.
Let’s make this year one filled with hard work, new friendships, and meaningful growth. I look forward to seeing our students achieve great things in the months ahead.
Here’s to a successful and inspiring school year!
Sincerely,
Rich Dunkelberger
