Title III, also known as the Language Instruction for English Learner and Immigrant Students Act, helps English learners (EL) and immigrant students learn English and meet academic standards. The program provides supplemental services and professional development activities, and promotes parental involvement. PGA contracts with the Schuylkill Intermediate Unit 29 to provide English language support to our EL students. Students receive services a few times a week.
