Hi! My name is Joshua A. Hewes and I will be your child’s second grade teacher. This is my 18th year at Pine Grove Area Elementary School. My past 17 years at Pine Grove were great experiences and I am looking forward to another wonderful and rewarding year.  I graduated from Pine Grove Area High School in 1998.  I earned my Bachelor of Science degree at Bloomsburg University in December of 2003.  I also wrestled for Bloomsburg's Division 1 wrestling team.   I married my wife Ashley in August of 2008.  We have two beautiful girls named Venna and Laney.  Should you need to contact me, my phone extension is 411 and my email address is: jhewes@pgasd.com.
