All School Board business is conducted at regularly scheduled meetings unless a revised schedule is approved by the majority of the board.

All Committee of the Whole Meetings start at 5:30 pm and the Regular Board Meetings at 6:30 pm.  Committee of the Whole Meetings  and Regular Board Meetings are held in the Middle School Library.

Committee of the Whole Meetings are generally for the purpose of discussion and presentation, whereas Regular Meetings are generally for the purpose of discussion and official action. However, the School Board may take official action on any matter at any Committee of the Whole Meeting as well.

Special Meetings will be announced and advertised on an as needed basis. The Board President or Superintendent may schedule Special Meetings with approval of a majority of the board.

The Board recognizes the value of public comment on educational issues and the importance of involving members of the public in Board meetings. The Board provides an opportunity at each open meeting for residents and taxpayers to comment on matters of concern.
